First deer? or first bowkill? Both are special to me probably considered "trophies". My first deer I would shoot again in a heartbeat as it was a doe. My first bow kill I would not. It was a 1.5 old 6 pt.

Yes it was a trophy to me, as is every deer I have ever taken with my bow. And yes I would harvest that same deer today.

I shot a 3 pointer with a .306 at 40 yards....Bigtime trophy to me since I hunted three seasons to kill even one deer. No, it is not something I would shoot today.

Yes I would still kill it today, and yes it is a trophy.
