Ground Blinds, which one???

I have never been in a ground blind and know nothing about them. I' m 6' 4" and would like to start hunting out of a blind (turkey and deer). The question I have is which blind is the easiest to setup and dismantle along with durability, scent proof, and is spacious enough to be mobile inside even with my height. Also the ability to have 360 degree shooting capability.

Thanks and good hunting!!!

Dont doubt the Ameristep Penthouse Im tall
and big easy to use and a lot more room and
easier to carry on a four wheeler or on back!

I am 6' 4" tall and I have no problem using the Ameristep Doghouse blind. Heck, I have even hunted in it with one or two other hunters though 3 is definitely crowded.

It is quiet, easy to use, very affective, lightweight, durable and the best part is the price. Cabelas has them for $70 in Tangle camo or $80 in Breakup.

I' ve got a DB T-5. No wind flap, quick set-up, and quiet! It is a very good blind, but a bit expensive.

Double Bull is the way to go. No other even compares. I' m 6' 5" , 240. Plenty of room. I have a friend who has the Penthouse. Every time we zipped it up, I was afraid it would tear. I shot my ' lope out of my DB last year and will never give it up.

Mine seems a little tougher then the one you
used, three years old and just as strong as the
day I bought it! I got it direct from Ameristep
not out of a catalog!

I bought the T5 from Double bull and hunted out of it alot last year. I will tell you this, if you hunt deer with it you have to use your shoot threw netting. I had a 8 point come in when I left the netting down and he picked me right out. My buddy ended up shooting him on the first day of the gun season up here in Michigan. If you plan on hunting turkeys with it you do not need the netting up but keep the windows behind you closed so they do not see you move. Also keep in mind that you will lose ablut 10 to 15 min. of light in the evening.
Good luck!!!
