Default Capture style rest

What " capture style" rest would you guys recommend? I want a rest that will hold my arrow on the rest without having to hold it there myself. I do a lot of stalking and it gets tiring trying to hold your finger on the arroe for long periods of time.

I have tried several here and there and by far my favorite is the wisker bisquite It is not perfect and you have to shoot vanes, but with a little trimming and the right choice of arrow and vanes it is an outstanding rest. slick finish carbons draw very quiet and the accuracy is super. Fletching wear can be eliminated by trimming one side of the rest and by choosing a high quality durable vane. So far I have had good luck with duravanes and arizona plastifletch.
