Default This is A GREAT Day! **Updated**

First, I found I was misdiagnosed;
Then I found out there is a lawyer who wants to help be get that camp going;
Now, I just got permission to hunt a HONEY HOLE!

There is 40 acres south of my place that the big bucks and turkeys go into all the time. The owner lives out of state and I was having trouble finding him. I was talking to the rural mail carrier who has lived in this area all his life, and he told me that the owner hasn't been up here in "pert near 40 years". Said last he knew, the guy was living around KC, MO. I put his name in Dexknows.com and he popped up. I called him, and he said, "Sure you can hunt there, but don't let it out that it's okay. If you see anyone else on the property, tell them you have exclusive rights and tell them to get the heck out of there!". I assured him, that if I saw anyone trespassing, I would tell them to leave. He then got my address from me and told me that he would be sending me a letter giving me exclusive rights and permission to prosecute any trespassers. Then as an afterthought, he told me that he would like me to post it with "No Trespassing" signs, if I would. Heck Ya! I have attached a pic. The dotted lines are ravines and the blue square is an old apple orchard. There is corn to the North and soy beans to the west. What do y'all think!?! I gotta get my butt over there to scout it out.

Lord Thank You For This Day! and All The Other Blessings You Have Given Me!

I am sooooo freaking excited:

My place - 51 1/2 acres (half timber)
East Farm - 260 acres (140 acres timber)
Southeast Farm - 100 acres (all timber)
South Farm - 80 acres (10 acres timber)
Southwest Farm 40 acres (all timber and savannah)

Whoever didn't pick me for the fantasy team, shame on you! In my fantasy, I've already dropped a 200. Now all I gotta do is make it reality!

Going over there right now to take a sneek n peek around. Put up a trailcam and take some photos. BBS.
