Default When will it end? scent lock vest?

I got a Gander mountain flyer in the mail yesterday and it had an ad for a bowhunters carbon vest. A carbon vest? What the heck? So your smelly armpits don't need carbon protection? Is that the deal? I am baffled. Who is going to rush out and get this one?

I'm sure many bow hunters will. Lots of suckers around who will try anything. This suit don't make much sense to me as well, but what do I know.

You look good with no sleeves, if you cannot have a suit that works, I say atleast look good in it

It's designed for layering. As in under or over your existing scent-lok clothes for added warmth. It's implied.

It's funny to me that the only guys who ever rip on scent-lok and other types of scent containing clothes are the same guys who have NO clue how to use it at all or understand, through information, how to use it at all.

And the other guys who rip on scent containing clothes just do it cause there buddy told them too.

It's extremely entertaining. Thanks for the laughs.

It will end when people quit buy this useless line of products JIMO.

I have friends with the scent lok stuff and they dono better than me. And I think at least 2 of the 8 hunting friends I have are better all around hunters than me. So this just proves to ME that it is just a bunch of marketing and good marketing might add.

It's funny you mention the vest. That is the only piece of equipment that I own that contains Scent Lok. I didn't buy it for that purpose though. It was just on sale for a very good price. I often wear a tight fitting vest while hunting to keep baggy cloths tight to the body.

Do not try to inject any "reason" into this, Duke. Reason has no place in these discussions.

Is a scent-lok vest better than a non-scent-lok vest? Only person that can answer that is the man who is willing to look at it with an open mind....and who has the means and the desire to stack every card in the deck he can in his favor.

To the rest....it won't, never has nor never will matter.
