He looks nice. And I must say that the light was really freakin him out!!
And it does'nt worry you, scaring them off?
I don't think I'll use them again, unless I'm not hunting the area at all, after seeing the same reaction too many times!

I have found with my IR, they can see it just as easily as a flash. Great deer BTW
