I'm passing! I'd let him walk right under the tree. That might be a trophy deer to some hunters...and I think that's GREAT! But it's just not what I'm after!

Between NC and VA I get 5 buck tags so basically if I felt like shooting him on a particular day I would. I always have four other buck tags to "horn" hunt with.

Yes.....it is my first year of bowhunting and I would be more than happy with a deer like that.

Id be excited to see him, just as any other deer. But there's no way I'm sending an arrow his direction.

I'd pass only because I've seen bigger on the property I hunt. Nice young buck any how.

I probably wouldn't even pick my binos up to look at him.

I personaly wouldn't ! I try to shoot mature deer regardless of there horn size to me a mature deer even if he scores under P&Y is a worthy adversary ! If i just want meat i shoot a doe ! But the trophy is in the eye of the beholder ! Two many times people get hung up on this got to kill a monster or nothing or there worried what everyone will think ! IMO harvest what you want and screw others views ! I was on several leases for years where it got so bad with all the rules and restrictions that it was not fun anymore because you didn't want to shot anything under the guidelines ! This Monster trophy mindset that is engrained in everyone is gonna be what ends hunting for the average joe !
