Default Accessory that everyone needs on their bow...

Is a MeanV string suppressor. I just got mine from Dan and installed it on my new Commander. WOW!!! What a difference. I didn't think my bow could be anymore "dead" in my hand but that little thing makes a HUGE difference. Definitely worth the money!

Thanks Dan!

I'll be honest, I had my doubts about STS/Mean V suppressors until I put a Mean V on my Allegiance and WOW. I made a statement then and I'll stick by it, I won't own and shoot another bow without one on it.

A Mean V string silencer/suppressor. It attaches in the hole in the riser opposite the stabilizer and just barely touches your string. Here it is on my Bens 101st.

I got the MO Obsession to match my Commander and it looks great! Best $44 bucks I ever spent on my bow.

I just have this thing about my string slamming into something at the end of the travel that bothers me. That and my bow is really shock free and quiet the way it is. I don't see how a string hitting a piece of rubber can be quieter than my current bow. I would be willing to try one if someone gave me one, but I'm not going to spend the money to fix a problem I don't have.
