5. GOOD LADDER STAND or ground blind, something you are comfortable in and can shoot out of.

I have read your responses. Based on those, I do not have a top five list for you, just one - you must have a setup you have confidence in and if you are doing spot and stalk, make sure it is rugged. Maybe a rangefinder also taking into account the type of hunting you are doing.
