I try and get out every day I can between mid Oct and mid Nov... Doesn't happen every single day, but I try.

My arguement with the wife is that I'm only really hitting the hunting hard for deer a month or so, give or take (not counting antelope, elk & turkey she reminds me :D).... The majority of the year, I can't be out bowhunting deer is my thought.... She seems to have bought in - at least for now.....

I would say i hunted about 30 times last year and I was tagged out on nov 1. I hunt a lot for mulies in september, then start for the whitetails in october.

I take 2 weeks off during hunting season the last week of Oct. and the second week in Nov. plus I hunt about every weekend from Sept. 15 until the first of Dec.

I hunt aleast once during the week and friday through sunday.
