make for short days, I see does all day long. I would hunt just as much, but I would take the first doe that walks past me.

Sure would, if that would happen, for once, i wouldnt have to worry about shooting a doe and wondering if a buck was following her.

i do not see a doe as a consolation price i see a doe amuch of a price as a buck.
To kill a mature doe to me is just as rewarding as killing a trophy buck.

Of course!! We all want a big buck, but a doe is a nice consolation prize.

I'd hunt just as often and as aggressively as normal - but probably wouldn't shoot anything. Just use the year as a scouting opportunity for '09.I just don't get much of a bang out of shooting does.

I can assure you that lots of new areas would get a trial run, and lots of pictures would be taken.

In fall, 2009, I'd be more prepared than ever.
