I thought it may have been. Thats the bow i started my oldest son out with. ps: i sold it on e-bay for more $$ than i bought it brand new ;)

Awesome pics, Todd... sure is fun being a proud Dad, huh? :)

As far as the straight arm... I think the best I ever heard it put was by Michael Braden when he talked about having a bent arm and leaning against a fence post or door jamb. See how long you can hold the weight of your body up like that; then, straighten your arm out to a relaxed state just like it were hanging naturally at your side and see how well you can support your body weight. There's no comparison.

Very nice comparison,and if you get your forearm and wrist turned properly,along with the proper draw length,you should have no issues with arm slap.

Believe it or not,I swelled up like that when I was 8,but by the time I was 12,I was the same size I am now.[:-]

He is bigger boned than me though so he might actually turn out to be "normal" sized.[8D]

It doesn't slow him down,still the fastest kid on his all star baseball team and they call him speedy.:D

Looks good Todd. Although, what i really wana know is how's his control (pitching)coming along? Work on his follow-through after release any this summer?
