every time i try 2 post a pic. it tells me file 2 big. can someone help please

Right click on photo and go to properties. See what the size of the photo is. If it's over 100K, its too big. Open the pic in Microsoft Paint. Go to Image and Resize/Skew. Adjust the photo down until it's under 100k. Then you can upload it.
