RE: Tick removal tip
I tried the soap/cottonball thing on my dog and it didn't work either.

RE: Tick removal tip
ORIGINAL: TG78 I've tried coating them with everything... vaseline, fingernail polish, even varnish. None of it worked. As a side note, I found out very quickly how uneducated and uniformed some doctors can be on the subject of tick borne diseases. I saw several and got a wide range of diagnosis and advice, some of which I later learned was completely off. |
RE: Tick removal tip
I have pulled off some nasty ticks , on myself, my snakes, my cats and my neighbour's dogs with the Otom tick twister.....all of them are still in good health.
The reason this little thing works so great is because you don't need to apply any pressure on the thick on any part. you just slide it under and twist, the tick just comes off, even the small ones you can't get between your fingers.... www.otom.com Frank |
