Missouri is the sleeper, IMO. AR's have been implemented for several years now, and the northern tier has a reputation for holding some truly big bucks.....I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it came from here.
I agree. The biggest buck I've seen while bow hunting was in Kirksville (Northern MO), and this was on public land. He was out of my range back then, but now days im betting he was within 40 yards.

I think you also need to add Ohio to the list. Over the last several years there have been some monsters taken there.

Their Deer herd is headed the right direction. I only see it getting better and it's already great.

IL. is managing for $$ The private land owner is the only reason it's still as good as it is

Im going to say Wi. on this one. I know guys that are seeing a ton of bruisers this year ranging from Buffalo County, LaCrosse County, Vernon County, Richland County, Waupaca County, Wood County, Clark County, and Trempelau County. Lets get out there and get emboys.
