Great pics guys. Hopefully I will meet more people that I can share hunting with as well. Okbowhunter, I really like that picture as well and get the meaning.

And GMMAT, what the heck was going on at your house with a guy dressed up in that garb while holding deer antlers?....too much "southern comfort"?

Great thread - it made my heart beat harder...

On a fall canoe trip in 06....

Deer down! (yes, spine shot)

Then there is the end of the day...

VS, if you like inspiring photos/paintings, check out Larry Zach's paintings. I have 6 or 7 of his prints (could not afford an original). This guy was a teacher in central Iowa and painted for relaxation. After a while, he made a lot more painting than he did teaching and made the switch. He is also an avid hunter and believes in Quality Deer Management.

At least the mad dumper was smart enough not to **** on his boots.

"cat-like", he was.

And that photo above is me "pimpin style". It's a great look, for me....and I wear that often.

Note the "bling". Saucy.

Here's another photo from that same trip......good people.....good memories.

LOL! :DI thought the same thing.

It's actually the Artist himself. He must have a pretty good sense of humor. ;)

The guy on the left was one of my best buddies ~ Tim.
Passed away @ 42 from cancer in Jan 2007, leaving a loving wife and 2 girls (11 & 13).
This was his last hunt with us and god do we miss him, last season was tough without him.
The memories are great and we will never forget him!

His nickname was Dozer (wide body), as he was about 5' 11" and 275 lbs of fun.
He was just like a bull in a china shop while deer hunting though,
we use to let him walk the open woods areas while we sat in the escape routes and it sure did stir up the deer,
when they were around.
