Default Hoyt one piece quiver

After shooting the past few times, by bow seems to make more noise than normal with two, or even one arrow left in quiver. I have the Hoyt one piece, sould a two piece be that much quiter?

I have inserted rubber between the tighten bracket for the quive, but I think the problem is in the foam tip cover. Can you replace these foam tip cover in quiver, or would it be best to change to a two piece quiver?

Anyone experience an older quiver being the culprit...and a two piece making the difference/

Yes you can just replace foam.If the rubber shaft clamps are loose its garbage unless you use larger dia. shafts. The two piece quivers are nice but a good quality detachable will work just as good.

I like the detachables, hanging a bow with the quiver can be a pain.

I bought the FUSE 1 piece instead of the Hoyt/ $20 difference. I have absolutly no more noise iwth the quiver on than with out it.

Mine is the detacheable one piece. Where it attaches and has the large wingnut to tighten I have placed two thin rubber sheets to dampen, as well as hold the tightness of the wing nut..

My problem is when I placed my fixed broadheads in it last year, it made for extra wide holes and quite a TWANG for field points while practice shooting. Im planning onremoving foam tip holder to accomodate field points now, until season, and then tear it up with the Muzzy;s and slick Tricks.

Is this usually an order part from hoyt or can I buy some of that foam spray and refill the point part of quiver. As much as I would like to buy a two piece, I like the fact that mine is removable, and my bling is done on other projects. Anyone used the spray foam to replace the foam that came with their quiver?

Hoyt my Fuse is removable as well. I bought a receiver that I attatch to my tree and when I get in my stand, the quiver gets taken off. Not because of noise, but I prefer shooting with it off. I would imagine you could contact Hoyt and see if they sell just the foam, but if not, i would think it would be ok to use the spray foam, but you will probably ware it out quick, especially when using broadheads!

My hoyt came with the 2 piece quiver. It was quiet but I take off my quiver to shoot. In the stand you jsut hang it on a lim or screw a hook into the tree. It makes the bow more manuverable and it cuts noise also.
