I last killed a 6 point buck 2 years ago. Normally, I wouldn't even have shot it, but when you hunt with my brother and it has bone, he expects you to shoot it.
Berfore that it was 2002. If you hunt bigger bucks, you're gonna eat tag soup sometimes. I always have 'doe' soup myself.

Other that my 1st 2 years bowhunting, I’ve never went longer than one season without tagging a buck. That don’t mean much of anything, back then I was not very picky. Hopefully I will connect this year.

I haven't hunted a full season where I've been skunked on bucks. I startedDEERhunting on (I think) Oct. 17th of 2005. I took an ill-advised shot at a doe, that year.....on the closer....that I regret taking (clean miss - and my only attempt at a deer, that year). I never came to full draw on a buck, in those 30 or so hunts, that fall.
Since then.....I've taken 5 bucks (3 in '06 and 2 in '07). I see my shooting a buck every season screeching to a halt in the near future, though....as my standards evolve.
