TV is sort of like Fantasy Land!!

You have to take it for what's worth and sometimes that's not very much

"Sort of like" is such an understatement. I got so disgusted with cable/dish/directtv, I just got rid of all of it. I have a TV for one reason and one reason only. I watch hunting dvds and that is it. I can choose which ones to add or subtrract from my collection at any time I desire.Basically it is a video monitor with TV capabilities. No need for Fantasyland here.

Now the next guy is climbing into a barn on stilts with hisscoped rifel to shoot a black buck.
Have YOU ever tried to shoot a rifle while you were on stilts? It's not nearly as easy as it looks!!

Ditto Jeff. I have Direct TV because its the only thing avaiable where I live (rural boondocks) and get the MAN channel (Maximum Adventure Network), Versus, Outdoor Channel, and a gazillion ESPN's for like $55 a month. If I dont like to see a big lardass shoot a hippo in Africa, or Uncle Ted...I simply push a button on the remote and watch Speed channel or Discovery...or even Spongebob with my 4 yr old.

I have seen at least one show on each of the "hunting" channels that has turned me off. Its kind of like turning on the news...almost every timewatch it I cant believe how many freakin wierdo's there are in this world!

I have to agree, I switched over to the Weather channel!
That one was too funny.....
I still find myself tuned into hunting shows I don't particularly agree with b/c I enjoy watching them more than most other programing offered Saturdays and Sundays...it's all crap, but hunting shows are the best of the crap in my opinion.

I agree man. I mean you got to calculate a whole new ballistics table to allow for the bullet drop, or lack thereof, which is directly proportional to the length of your stilts.[8D]

No they don't.... but where can I buy one of those Mathews rifles at? Anyone know what the estimate MPG on a Mathews Truck is?
Mathewsstated specs for the rifleare 4000 fps for the 180 grain bullet, absolutely no recoil, and you sight in dead on at 500 yds. It's full of innovation.

Mathewssays trucks get 50 mpg while towing a 10000 lb trailer with the quietest engine. It's got harmonic dampners on each cylinder and it gets 400 hp from a single cam. Absolutely no need to additional cams ever.
