My little buddy and his new bow
This weekend I decided to get the bow out and my little buddy tagged along. At Christmas, Grandpa bought him a new bow. He's getting bigger so pulling it back is getting easier. So we worked a little on drawing and holding and aiming. After about 10 shots we took a break and Dad shot a few.
Not bad form...
I was snapping photos quickly and captured this one. You have to realize 2 things.
1. This was the first one that stuck in the target
2. He's a hockey nut and just finished watching the Pens go to the Finals.
Then I turned to see the result..
He loves it and is now addicted to shooting. 93 degrees the other day and instead of playing in the pool, he wanted to shoot his bow.
I'm so excited for the upcoming season. I also just bought a Gorilla 2 man ladder stand so he can get out there some with me this fall.
Just had to share.

RE: My little buddy and his new bow
Thanks guys.
I'm really stoked about it. He spent a few nights in a make shift ground blind last year so I'm hoping the experience in the stand allows him to see something up close.
