Cool! I am down to 30 hamburgers and that is the rest of the deer meat I have[:@]I guess that will make me want to shoot one bad this deer season though

Steaks once or twice a week. Sometimes more if we make jerky, sausage, pepperoni, chili, etc.

if ya really want your venison and elk burger to have great flavor.. try mixing 10-1 ... game meat ground withbacon..

Sounds delicious.

I will probably ground up my entire first doe, minus them tenderloins. We eat ground beef 3 nights a week probably, It would sure cut down grocery costs for mom and pops.

Usually twice a week at least. 1 pd of ground makes enough for two meals of sloppy joes or 3 meals of venison chili. I need to ration my baskstraps very carefully. When there gone, I'm in trouble. I think between my father and I hunting and spliting the game we need at least 3 deer a year, 4 being perfect. Im running a little low right now......Is it October yet!!!
