Yes, i would agree that it is prety much about the same type of hunting whether you use a traditional, compound, or crossbow. But if you are gonna split hairs on types of bows, then you gotta recognize that there is a big difference between my dad's fiber glass recurve bow and something that was being used by Piankashaw indians in southern Illinois in 1700.One couldalso argue that even a circa-1300 English longbow is non-traditional compared to what the Celts were using in England in 300 B.C. Themain problem with bragging about tradition is that there is always gonna be a tradition older than yours[X(]
