I do not know what happened today but my son outshot me on our first 3-D today. I shot a 177 and he shot a 191. It was a ton of fun though, cannot wait to do it again next month!

Thanks, we had a blast! 3 deer ran out in right in front of him and that got him excited.I still cannot believe that he outshot me but the old man was wore out, lol

I remember them days when I was a youngster. I always wanted to kick the old mans butt at a 3-d shoot and finally one day it happened. I was on cloud 9 forever and boy I reminded him of it every chance I could. Last year at a Traditional shoot my dad showed me up though big time! I'm looking forward to Fathers Day weekend when we all get together again for the big Traditional shoot in Coon Rapids Minnesota this year. I'm coming for ya old man!!!

Flinging arrows on Father's Day is the BEST!!!! My son and I do it every year. When he asks what I want, I tell him "LET'S Fling Arrows"!. My Dad (RIP) would have loved to do it also. I still have is 65 Bear Recurve.
