Obviously I'd use the smallest cutting diameter 2 or 3 blade I could find.
I think American Broadhead Co. makes a 7/8" dia. Sonic head?
I have a couple and they fly great but I'd never shoot them at deer etc. I am actually sdaving them myself for the rare chance I decide to hunt fox with a bow myself.

A fox worth mounting is when they have their best coat, which is in the winter. The lack of blood is because of their thick winter fur, soaks it up. I killed a Coyote with a Slick Trick that put a pretty good size hole that got a full body mount. I couldn't tell where the broadhead passed thru, your taxidermist should be able to fix a hole form a broadhead, if not, I'd be looking for a new taxidermist!
