I am in New Zealand EVERY DAY is bowhunting season! Of course our deer are pretty shot up 365 days of the year with rifles, bows, out of helicopters, and poisoned, so they can be hard to find and are hard to get in close to. I feel sorry for you guys BUT, I sometimes think if we had a season and people managed the deer as a resource here; a) It would be easier on my girlfriend if I only wanted to hunt a few months of the year, and she might not object so much [&:] b) We would have better quality animals out there to hunt. c) They might be a little closer to home, and less wary. |

Oct. 1st here in louisiana,but man it sure is still awful hot.Would like to see them push the opening and closing back a full month,that would be great.
