When I was younger we had a pet squirrel my dad had brought home in a load of logs. We had it as a pet. It was very nice and we would let it outside and it would climb trees and always come back to us. We even had a brown paper bag full or nuts we got it for christmas and it opened it up. His name was Chi-Chi. He was an awesome gray squirrel. One time we let him out and he never came back.

I had two squirrels a zillion years ago. It was after we had a big flood in NE IL. Their mom drowned so I took care of them. One was pretty sick right off the bat. He looked like hell. .....So I named him 'Hell'.Of course I named the other one 'Highwater'. So for a while I was in charge of Hell & Highwater.
