Definately NOT Russian, The alphabet used is latin and not Cyrrilic, which is used in Ukrainian and Russian. Being fluent in Ukrainian I can attest that it is not Russian. Probably not Polish either but close. My bet is that it is Czech or some other Baltic language. I'm also pretty sure that it isn't pro- hunting as ALF gets mentioned a lot which is the Animal Liberation Front. These people are more militant than PETA.
