Default New Brunswick Moose

Just called the DNR for NB and found out that I drew a NonResident New Brunswick Moose Tag... Can't wait for this September!

Congrats, I've hunted bear twice in NB. A few years ago those tags were transferable, I believe that they have ended this practice though. We saw several moose during the bear hunts, mostly cows, but the outfitter I hunted with had almost 100% on moose. Are the tageszone specific, do you have to hunt with an outfitter, if so I can recommend one if interested. Regardless, Congrats on drawing the tag. Should be a great experience for you.

good luck I seen a bunch of them when I was up bear hunting around Fredrickton. My guide told me if I ever drew he would guarantee a 100% kill.

You don't have to select a zone until after you get up there... I have an outfitter in mind that I have spoken to in the past. I am always open to suggestions.

I went bear hunting at cross river adventures but due to illness he does not guide anymore! I heard Kellys lodge was real good! My brother in law went there!

I've never been moose hunting... I would be happy with a 35"+... I hope that is realistic!
