RE: Lost bow kill "WARNING" graphic pics
About 10 years ago, I arrowed a doe in the evening in a rural area with a few houses in farmland. I let her sit overnight. When I returned in the morning, the ass end and one ham were chewed out. I thought it might be coyotes. I went ahead and skinned the deer to take the backstraps, shoulders, and good hind quarter. As I was kneeling over the deer, I here something coming through the woods. I had my knife in my hand and was thinking this could be interesting. What comes over the rise...a yellow lab retriever and a beagle. I stood up and yelled at them, which scared the **** of them. They hauled tail as fast as they could. The meat that wasn't chewed on was fine.
