Anyone else use archery for therapy - since the news of dad - I have shot more almost daily than in a while, if I get stressed after work will come home and sling a few - It takes your mind off the BS of the world and fine tunes your shooting at the same time

Definitely! I used to golf but now I hate it because I've come to the conclusion that golf will never pay you back and you'll never be good enough. Hunting and archery in particular are very different. Time in the woods and being able to harvest game are great satisfaction for your efforts and a great way to escape.

I do. Whenever I have a test i usually shoot afterwords to relieve the stress of studying. It works great, plus I have become a lot better shot in the last 4 years of college by doing this.

Bowhunting, Shooting, & the Outdoors has always been Therapeutic for me. If it wasn't I'd find another hobby.
