I was wondering the same thing, Tim. I've never used minerals of any kind. Any suggestions on what kind to get and where to get them? Anyone??

For blocks.. I recommend using Whitetail Institute FourPlay.. Generic salt blocks do very little for deeer. Deer just crave the salt to balance the water they intake once they begin eating lush vegetation.

1 part rock salt
1 part dicalcium phosphate

im going to gander! as soon as the wife is done getting ready we are out to put out minerals and my cuddes so I can start getting some inventory of my herd!:D
