Keith Warren; Great Show
Watched this last night where he had two football players on the episode. You'd never believe it, they put the hammer down on two huge ohio bucks! One even had a nice drop tine.
Oh yeah, then I realized they were hunting on a game farm. And doing drives within the confines of a fence to get the buck they had captured the previous evening on a game cam. Seriously, drives....and in a game farm? Come on now. Not only is it pathetic, but its' not even safe. Neither hunter were wearing orange, and this was a rifle "hunt". And I use the term "hunt" very lightly here. |

Not that this hasn't been beaten to death before,I wish these shows wouldn't air! It is bad enough to hunt,I mean kill animals at these places,but to glorify it with television programming and proud celebrities holding their kill pretty much sickens me!

Wow, I was going to post how I hated that episode. I really hate how these rich "hunters", can go out, in a cage and shoot huge deer, which anybody can do, if you have money, and they call them hunters, which is BS. How about you sit on the ground with our bow in a blizzard, wearing a white sheet for camo, for 3 hours, and then harvesting a 120" buck, that is how true hunters hunt, not sitting in a box, bigger than some peoples houses, shooting at 200" deer, and spending as much as some people make in a year.

I just don't understand you guys coming down on fellow hunters like this ,I mean if its legal we should all show our support for those who enjoy the same sport as we do.
Really do any of you know how big the pen actually was, lighten up its not like they shot them over bait ,not that there is any thing wrong with that.;) |

Just trying to support my fellow hunter.Its legal in Ohio so I'm fine with it.
Teaching a new generation about hunting thats what its about.Those kids are the future of our great sport.[:-] If its OK in Texas its OK In Ohio.[8D]The fence is Just another tool in managing the herd.;) |

Members on this site talk about "celebrities" all the time, that they think are thegreatest, I think there no different than these guys. If you pay money to kill a deerthat you didn't hunt, fence or nottheres no difference, IMO. Guide finds where deer is bedding, finds where deer isfeeding, patterns deer, hangs stand. Then "celebrity" pays the money to kill it. WOW.[:@]

Not all of them James but most are, I know first hand that allot of those killsyousee on film, are deer going from bedding areas to corn feeders, but you won't see the feeder on film,you see2 or 3 big bucks walking down the same trail going in the same direction.Before I get bashed, not alldo this but were it's legal, it's practiced and very effective. My dad was a guide for several years, it's just aggravating watching someoneget the credit for a buck you could have killed 30 times, just because they have money, there great hunters.
