I think i have heard before that they don't see the bow as an efficiant killing tool. But i could be wrong, and we all know thats a lie!!

1) The bow has always been regarded as the preferred tool of poachers.
2) The Queens ducks, geese, swans and deer were walking around with arrow, tipped with feild points, through their bodies. 3) It is considered inhuman tothe majority of thosewhich vote (see above). 4) Rather than fix the problems, it was easier to ban bowhunting. That's my take on the situation... X3!:D |

Their was a spate of incidents , where people and animals had been shot with crossbows and mamed . So rather than ban the Crossbow , they banned hunting with arrows ... which unfortunately brought Bows into the Ban aswell, bravo to Great Britains government[:@]... idiots .
We also have a lot of treehugging animal rights Groups who would love nothing more than to ban hunting of any kind in the Country ... including fishing . The UK government has totally lost control of our roots and history , i cannot see it ever improving either . Fortunately its ok to Illegally enter the country and then kill all swans and ducks for food , while you apply for asylum . Unfortunately we are a small Island , that is to scared to stand up to the Parliament . |
