Ive hunted easterns, merriams, and osceola's. They sure dont look like merriams at all. So Ill say Rio's

Well here's some more information.

In the US there are 4 sub species of turkey. The Eastern, RIO, Merriams and Osceola in FL. (This is the Grand Slam).

Down in the far mid west there may be some Goulds which are primarily in Mexico. You then have to the Yucatan Pennisula of Mexico to find the Oscelated (sp) to complete the World Slam of turkeys.

so by looking at the tail fins, i would almost say Merrium... idk though, im just comparing pics
