What is your bowhunting...

RE: What is your bowhunting...
A lot of the things already mentioned are aplicable to me also..but what governs bowhunting for me is the constant question - am I having fun? It is really the one absolute line I draw. If I am not enjoying it anymore...I take a break. There is no reason not to.

The greater the sacrifice the greater the reward.
To me, the harder I work for an animal that more I appreciate the hunt. Doesn't matter if I don't kill something. The harder I bust my ass, the happier I am. If I know I pushed myself to my limits both mentally and physically and didn't give up, I'm satisfied.

I just want to walk away from each experience and know I took that animal on my terms.......or feel fine with not taking it.
