Honestly I'd just tread lightly around someone like that.

Amen. If they act like that with your property, I can only imagine what kind ofruckus he would cause if he ran face toface with youwhere nobody could see what happens.

Back in the day you may have been able to settle things by leaving him beaten and bloody in a ditch, but in todays world, you have to be really carefull of settling scores that way. In a sue happy world, he could spin things around and it would be HIS property.

Horses.....? Horses are expensive!:D

Next time his horses are on your property call the Dog/Horse catcher, you know, animals at large. I would keep calling the cops and they'll get sick of the calls coming in day after day and maybe do something! Worth a try!

I know it wouldn't be right but,if you catch him in he's stand during deer season sneak in with a chainsaw start it up and put it close to the tree like you were going to cut it down . Then tell him this it's your last chance fool stay off my land are you and the stand are coming down together. That should scare the h'''''''''' out of him .Sorry just a thought:D:D

Go and set your stand about 7 feet higher than his and wait, then when he climbs up there in the early morning just before daybreak, get real close to him and whisper, "peek-a-boo". that'll scare the s**t out of him.
