My sister shoots left hand and she had to pay an extra 40 dollars for her Darton Ranger 2. This shouldn't happen.

Exactly why you should never refrain from using them!

Elite has charged more for LH bows the whole time they've been in business. I find it poor business, and they're running left handed customers away. Between that and having to wait a million years for them. We placed our order for a LH GTO back in November and still haven't seen it!!

That has been common practice as far as I remember. It costs money to set up machinary to produce LH bows compared to how many they sell. I wonder what the percentage of LH shooters is? It's got to be less than 50%.
Gregh in 23 years I have NEVER payed more for a LH bow than a RH one.

X2, but it's only been 19 years for me.

Matt, when I talked to the local Elite dealer about a Synergy last year he said the price would be the same. Maybe he was hoping to slam me on accessories, but there wasn't a difference in the lefty price unless he didn't know about it.

Then again, it never showed up so I'll never know. It's looking like Elite will not be an option as a southpaw.

I'm about 99.9% sure they have always done this bry. Whether or not the dealer chooses to enforce it. They might just take a hit, or mark it up a little more. Either that or as you said, make their money up in accessories. That's where most dealers money comes from anyway....accessories.

Well, this guy didn't strike me as the sharpest knife in the drawer either. He had 3 bow lines in his house...I mean shop. Elite, High Country, and Merlin. He was talking about dropping both High Country and Merlin and going all Elite. Talk about putting all of your eggs in one basket.
