I like the G5 strikers in a fixed head, and Rage in expandable.

I have had great results with the NAP Crossfires, they are pricey but shoot excellent. I have never had them fly more than an inch outside of where my fieldpoints generally shoot and they dont need tuning right out of the box to fly well.

A few muzzy guys will or at least will want to pounce on me for this but what the heck...

I think muzzy's areNOT top notch. I believe that the reason why they've made a name for themselves is because they are good enough at the same time cheap enough. It really does play on a consumer's mind thus ultimately their decision when they see a brand that's 3 for$30 -vs- a brand like muzzy that's 6 for $35.

I'm a muzzy guy myself and took all three of my bucks with them. They do get the job done, don't get me wrong. However, when it comes to unsurpassable quality, they aren't it. In my eyes, g5offers unsurpassable quality in some of their broadheads. I've owned and shot g5 montecs and can vouche for their quality and craftsmanship. If you take the time to google muzzy consumer reviews, you'll find people sometimes complain about flight quality. That along with flimsy blades and less than heavy duty ferrule are my complaints.

Thus the reason I'm switching to Slick Tricks this fall. I will still keep the muzzy's in the quiver but wont trust their flight, blades, or ferrule on deer. They will be used for the bothersome woodland critters.

Thanks for reading my essay. :D

No thanks, I do not wish to spar, only discuss. ;)
