First, you should make sure you get registered to draw a tag in Kansas. It' s not guaranteed, but if you don' t register, you' re definitely NOT going to get a tag, unless you can find an outfitter with landowner tags. I' m not sure when Kansas' non-resident draw is, but some states start as early as March.

You may want to get up with Kshunter in the deer room. He may be able to point you in the rite direction. He even has some pretty impressive deer photos and you can even get your gear from him since he works at Cabelas. Good Luck, Bobby
