$5 in addition to the regular license. You get 2 tags for $5.
Our bear & doe permits are an extra $5 as well.

In IL the Spring Turkey tag costs an additional $15.00. You have to get in a lottery to get one, and it's only good for five specific days. [:-]

In PA, $24 gets you your small game license, buck tag, a fall turkey tag and a spring turkey tag. We now can buy a second spring tag, what was it, $21?

Archery licenses are additional as well as muzzleloader, doe, bear, waterfowl, trapping, and furbearers.

$120 got me my NC license, 4 deer tags and 2 turkey tags.
Yeah don't remind me..as a non resident in PA, it goes up to:

$101 general non residentlicense
26$ for Archery tag
21$ Muzzleloader
26$ non resident doe tag..drawn..top counties long gone by the timeNon-res can apply
36$ Non resident Bear tag
41$ for 2nd Turkey tag

And this is even for a land-owner in the State since 68 (family cabin) Paying Taxes for 40 years!

Apparently you can't take a hint. We have enough hunters here already, we don't want you outsiders here.[8D]

NJ's turkey tags are similar to Illinois. You apply for a zone and if you get drawn you get 1 week (5 week days) to hunt or you can apply for weekends.

PA's got a pretty inclusive tag. You get your buck tag, a spring turkey tag, and I believe 2 fall turkey tags (I've never used them so I'm not sure). They do make it rough on the non-residents though.

In IN it does cost extra, I have a lifetime license that my wife(the total package) got me for Christmas many years ago and it includes all my tags except a federal bird stamp. Not sure what a turkey tag does cost but I bet it is close to $25, come on bloodcreek help me out here!

In Michigan we have a spring and a fall turkey season. You have to apply for the area you want to hunt in and the dates you want to hunt and if you want private land or public land. Then it's a lottery from there. It costs 4 dollars to apply and 15 dollars for the permit if you win the lottery. Some areas issue more permits than others and public is land is hard to draw a permit for from what I can tell. Private land is easier if you have someplace to hunt with turkeys on it. We also have a garaunteed hunt at the end of spring turkey season for private land. You still have to apply though I think.

So about 20 bucks a season with two seasons. If you wanted to hunt spring and fall it would be 40 bucks. One turkey per season.

We don't have a lot of turkeys in MI, but it gets better every year.
