Mathews ConQuest;)
Or Apex or whatever it is.........they're getting good speeds out of a dang nice bow (speeds for the #-age).

Probably a bunch of 'em out there that are awesome. I see a bunch of hoyts at shoots, too.

I'm still real partial to the old Hoyt AccuTec. Afterall, they called it "Accu" Tec for a reason.;)

For me it would be either be a Merlin or a Darton Executive Vegas. If neither of those were available it would be a hoyt. Martin has some nice target bows as well.

Any 38" OR MOREa-a bow with/around 8" brace or better for spots(Hoyt has some good choices that have already been mentioned)and I don't feel that 1 cam bows are easier to setup or keep in tune than a hybrid.I actually feel 1 cam bows are harder to get the rotation tuned properly.

I believe a deflex riser is a better choice as well, don't just look at the brace.IMO,you could get a bow with an 8" brace but has a 2 1/2" reflex and that would'nt be as good a choice as a a 7 1/2" brace bow with a straight riser.

I personally don't like hybrid cams that much. Just as complicated and critical of timing as a twin cam, but no second yoke to dial out lean. I just don't see the point and would rather have a true dually or single cam.

In order of my personal preference........

Mathews Apex (I happen to have one for sale at a good deal right now too [8D])
Martin Scepter 4
Darton Pro 5000
Hoyt Pro Elite or older Pro Tec, or Pro 38
PSE Moneymaker

Hoyt ProTec (Probably the BEST bow Hoyt ever made)

That's what I've been using for about 3 years - XT 3000 limbs, 50 lb. If they're so darn good, how come all my shots don't hit the bullseye?

Actually, I'm really partial to it. It seems to fit me great and just feels so much more comfortable than anything else I've tried. Probably one of the ones to be considered, although it seems to me that model is discontinued. Anyone know for sure?
