Nebraska Update
Well, no luck yet here in Nebraska. Day 1 was tough, but fun. We had a close call this evening and got some birds roosted so hopefully we will be able to connect in the morning!

Lucky prick at least your hunting them. Keep it up, it's early, you know they are there.
I (twildasin and I) saw my first strutter of the year today, then in another field some jakes.
My neighbor told me they started gobblin in the hollow I've successfully taken several. I haven't been out to hear them nor heard one yet this year so you lucky prick, at least your hunting them.

J/K. No turkey hunting for me this year being I didn't have my **** together. Look out next year, it will be my 1st turkey hunting. I almost forgot, good luck Hunsucker!
