Has anyone ever tried the HellRazor broadheads? I shoot Muzzy's, but their blades are kinda weak, and i kept having to replace them. I'm thinking of going with the HellRazor next year but are they as accurate as Muzzy?

Used to shoot Montecs, before my strikers. They worked real well. They are very close to the same design.

I have a full review on my website, but overall they are very good heads.

the g5 montec and the hellrazors are basically the same thing and the g5 have done well for me.

Muzzy are great heads I shoot them, but you are right, 1-2 deer per head and they are done. They are strong enough to penetrate bone and cartlidge, but after that they are done. sometimes it's just the blades, others it's the whole head. Im looking at the Grizz Tricks and Slick Tricks.

Although they are a copy of the Montec, they are micro welded together and not as strong as the monolithic Montec. They do, however, seem to fly well and are fairly sharp right out of the box. I tried to make a turkey head out of one of these by cutting a section out of the middle of each blade. Back parts broke off. Montec doesn't have this problem.

I like the HellRazors more than the Montecs



I've had issues with the Montecs not flying as well as some other fixed broadheads. Could just be me. I think the HellRazors fly better and I just don't like G5 anymore.
