Default 3 blade -vs- 4 blade

I'm 99.998% sure about switching from the Muzzy 3 blade to the Slick Trick 4 blade magnum. The .002% reservation is because I'd be losing 1/16 cutting diameter.

I've read that afour blade 1" cutting diameter will cutand bleed as well or betterthan a 1 3/16 three blade. I can see this because 4 blades will cut a "square" into the animal versus a "triangle" which occupies less area. With this logic, a 1 1/8 magnum will definitely cut and bleed better than a 1 3/16 three blade correct?

Give me your opinion and especially experience.

I'd take either one as long as its a Cut On Contact type BH.

I'd take what shoots best for you and what you're confident with.

If that doesn't work take flint. [8D]

Man, you haven't the slightest clue. When I was deciding (aka obsessing) between the Vectrix and theVulcan, I couldn't sleep some nights.

btw- I think the Grizz is overkill for me. I only have 50ft lbs KE. Besides,"I think" the sleeker profile of the magnum will produce slightly better flight.

LOL I don't think one 1/16 is going to make any difference remember you are adding a fourth blade and if you are really worried about it get the grizztrick and gain 1/16 and a fourth blade!!

I've shot 2, 3, & 4 blade heads of varying cutting diameters. I prefer the damage offered by a 4 blade head. The new Grizz Trick will be Awesome!
