thats what first came to mind here, but i thought you incorporated something to keep workers from filing a lawsuit against the company. hell im just a kid though, what do i know[&:]

Nope. Incorporated or (Corporations) is more for tax reasons and liability. My milk hauling business is also Incorporated.

It is my understanding that if you incorporate there are some benefits. For example, a corporation is taxed lower than individuals. Also, you can protect personal assets such as residences, cars, bank accounts etc.. in case of a law suit against the corporation. I'm sure there are other people on here that know more about this.
