RE: darton 2 1/2 cam
 

I've always thought Darton had some of the best customer service of any place I have ever delt with. I had a problem with my bow once with the string and cable routing (bow exploded! my fault) and the receptioinist actually helped me out with it. Now that's impressive when the girl answering the phone knows the technical aspects of your bow. Not to mention they sent me all the technical paperwork for my bow and a new catalog the next day without me even asking for it. I wondered why she wanted my phone number and address.

I have talked to other people that have had custom work done by them and were very pleased. I have encountered one or two people that had a bad experience with them though. I guess it happens.
