Bowtech guys.....Request RE: Allegiance
#1

I've heard rumors that this may be the last season for the Allegiance. If you would.....could you please (without breaching Co. etiquette or rules) keep us updated if you hear of anything concrete on this issue?
I know Greg/MO has said he's going to purchase one more to keep as a mainstay......and I see me leaning that way, too. Like Greg....I'm also going to want a different camo (other than standard)....and this is the reason for my request.
Thanks, in advance.

There's been nothing said about it at all, one way or the other.
You may have seen in some of my posting that I'm buying one more in case it's not in the lineup next year... I don't think it's too far-fetched a thought given the release of both Airbornes this year and given the fact how stong our pipeline has historically been.

The Allegiance is a sweet bow but my guess is that they will be coming out with a 33" A to A version of the Airbornes or something like the Tech Hunter Elite but with a better grip. I want to see an all black version of the Black Ice that has over 300 IBO speeds on the birth certs.

I doubt if any of us know or would be allowed to say if we did until the 09 lineup is introduced. That's what NDA's are for
I'll undoubtedly be ordering an 08 Allegiance very soon. Tax Rebate? My way of spurring the economy

Well there you have it Jeff, the way i see it, you got 2 bowtech people saying there getting an '08 version of a bow they have previously owned.... that speeks to me in 2 ways...
1. Great bow(already new that)
2. Goodbye Allegiance(JMO)

I'll probably be buying one myself. Thats part of the reason I still have my '05 Patriot..........I simply love that bow and now that my son wants it, it gives me another excuse for getting an Allegiance, that and wanting to back down to 60lbs. Some bows just seem to hit a certain tune with a person and I've always liked the looks of it as well.
