My father n law is a retired cop from Spring Grove, IL (Where buck was hit) and he has this mount on his wall.
I took a few pics while I was out near Galena, IL. this past weekend
Pics show front, inside, and outside antlers.

They have never been scored so no idea at this time.
When I head back in April I will give it a shot.

Not too sure about the score but that is one HELL of a buck. Its a real shame he got hit by a car.

163 gross dam nice buck

He got a 174" near where it was hit with a shotgun. Had another huge buck hit by a lady and it got stuck under her car and wrecked the antlers all up. All right within 100 yards of each other.

I am going to say 156.

160. One hell of a nice buck though! i'd love to see him walk threw my woods

150-170, Its really impossible to tell without any reference to the rack, plus in velvet. A shame.

If you were holding it it would be easiear to tell the size... but as it looks a solid 170" deer. Its a shame it was hit by a car.[:@]
