How many good bowhunting years...
#23
I think it's all up to GOD how much longer any of us will be capable and free to bowhunt. I'd like to bowhunt until my last season here. Being able to bowhunt and shoot my boware part of what helps me keep my little bit of sanity I have.

It would be nice if I could continue to bow huntuntil the Good Lord calls me home. A little more realistically, I hope to get 10 more years of being able to pull a bow back. Nowtaking the total reality of my health into consideration, I'll probably have to go to a crossbow within 5 years. Sucks, but such is life.

I'm 33 and in my second year of bow hunting. I hope to have at least another 30 or 40 left? All that you need is good old fashioned determination, good health, and a 40 pound bow.

I'm 34. I would love to still be serious about it until I hit 50. After that I would hope to at least be able to gradually step down until I'm 65-70.

Well considering for years I've joked that at the rate I'm going I'll be dead at 37...........and somehow 36 just snuck up on me this year, I figure I have one more good season. [:-]

Good Question Troy
Now that I have a grandson and he's one ,well with me being 53 and the legal age to hunt is 14 here. I'll pray
for the good Lord to at least allow me another 13 years till my grandson can tag along and help Grandpa drag out his last buck. Or better yet, I can help him drag out his 1st buck
