Well as some of you may have seen in my previous post, I was having some problems with my micro-adjust pins on my CJ Comp sight. Well I called and spoke with someone there last night who took my name and contact info after he was unable to fully diagnose my problem and told me someone would call me today. Well sure enough they called back and I spoke to a guy named Mike. He gave me two options, he said I could send it in or he could walk me though the process on the phone, so I thought, what the heck, let's give it a try to fix it on the phone. Turned out to be a pretty simple fix, and sure enough I have micro-adjust back! Super customer service in my opinion. Instead of just saying send it in (which he easily could have, and I would have not knowing any better), he took the time to walk me through it step by step. They got a thumbs up from me in handling this issue!

Like I said before probably the best customer service in all of the archery business.

Great I just ordered one, and not from Lancaster

Set screw that was hidden under the label on the micro adjust knob. It needed taken out and the torqued down. Works very well now!

Yeah, who knows...only as capable as the shooter I suppose...so who knows what the means
